Rosate 360 TF Weed Killer

Rosate 360 is a glyphosate herbicide to be used on the leaves of the weeds to kill from the root. It is suitable for use indoors and and out throughout the year with no residue and comes in a 1-litre bottle.

Each litre will gives a coverage of around 2,000m² at an average dilution rate of 200-300ml per 10-litres of water. Crops can be grown approx 48 hours following application.

After the use of any weedkiller, we recommend that you clean your application equipment thoroughly. To improve the cleaning we have a specialist cleaner, RED FLAG TANK CLEANER. This is particularly effective if the spray equipment will be used on vegetation.

Rosate 360 TF is a liquid concentrate herbicide that will control most species of emerged, annual, perennial grass and broad-leaved weeds.

To apply the Rosate 360 TF we advise the use of a medium-fine sprayer, diluted to 20ml of Rosate to 1L of water. Apply in the morning or evening avoiding the heat of the day or when rain is not expected as this may reduce the effectiveness of the product.

What is the best time of year to use Rosate weed killer?

Rosate 360 TF can be used at any time of the year but it is most effective when applied during . This means that the weed killer is best applied between the months of March and October.

How long does it take to kill the plants?

This weed killer will start to kill the plants very quickly after application but it normally takes a few days before you will start to see the effects. It is very important not to be too impatient, it must be remembered that this killer is transported through the plant to the root system. Once here, the plant will start to shut-down and the effects will start to be noticed.

Why can I not see the effects immediately?

There are products available that will show their effects very quickly, but these operate in a different way to many of the products that professionals use. Glyphosate is absorbed by the plant and taken into the root system. It does not 'burn' the plant itself but kills from within therefore the effects will take a few days to be seen. This does have advantages as the soil is not damaged therefore only the plants that are sprayed will die, the product is not transferred to the surrounding soil.
