Brick & Stone Cleaner - Remove dirt and oil stains

Brick cleaner, BHA-F Brick & Stone Cleaner, is an acidic, water based, brick, stone & paver cleaner which will remove oil stains, general dirt and other staining from your exterior floor surfaces such as driveways, patios and paths and restores the original colour. It can also be used to clean brickwork and remove the white 'salt blooming' that appears during damp weather.

For normal usage the area should be swept to remove any loose growth and debris. Dilute BHA-F Brick & Stone Cleaner 1:5 (product:water) for heavy staining (or for pre-treatment of oil stained areas) or 1:10 for general cleaning. Apply to the area with a plastic watering can or bucket. Brush the surface to ensure the whole area is treated and allow to work for 15-20 minutes (can be slightly longer in cold weather) before rinsing with a hosepipe or pressure washer. If the finished surface is slightly patchy then a second application, at a dilution of 1:10, will achieve an even finish.

We recommend taht once the surface has been cleaned that it is treated with Concentrated Moss & Algae Killer - Batimoss CR and sealed with either our Floor & Stone Sealer - Procover or HFR-F.
